We give every member 24 hours to check out all of our resources and features and, if you don’t like what we offer, you can ask for a full refund – no questions asked!
Good question! As we value the importance of student privacy, we do not collect any personal information about our members but instead use email addresses to distinguish between students.
Therefore, simply repeat our very quick signup process for each student, using a different email address each time!
We do not automatically renew memberships at the end of the school year (in case 3rd years forget to turn it off!).
Instead, we send 1st and 2nd years an email shortly before their membership is due to expire with details on how they can renew.
Simply checkout as you would if you becoming a new member.
There’s also no need to create a new account if you checkout while logged in.

If you purchase a membership while still having an active membership, your membership will be extended until the date shown.

Teachers can obtain a free teacher account with a school licence.
Individual accounts are instead for students only.
