As the majority of visitors who purchase memberships on A.M. Online (herein referred to as members) are young adults, we take the privacy of our members very seriously. Our Privacy Policy, as described below, reflects this stance in a transparent manner.
Anyone who uses this website, be they visitors, members or otherwise, will herein be referred to as users.
Data can be collected from users in various different ways, each of which is outlined and described in the policy below.
By using this website, a user agrees with this policy as described.
When purchasing an individual membership, or a school licence, a user provides A.M. Online with the following information:
\[\,\]
1) Email address
This is requested for three reasons:
This email address is not used for any other purpose and is not shared externally (unless we are legally obligated to do so).
\[\,\]
2) Payment details
This is requested only so that a membership (or school licence) purchase may be processed.
Payment details are processed securely by an external payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.
When making a payment on A.M. Online, visitors are therefore instead bound by the Privacy Policy of the corresponding payment provider (Stripe or PayPal), of which A.M. Online is in no way affiliated.
When accessing the website through a browser, data may be collected in various forms, including a user’s IP address, browser type and version, the time spent on the website and other diagnostic data.
The collection of this data is used only for the following reasons:
This data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared externally (unless we are legally obligated to do so).
When members use the Teacher Chat feature, they may upload attachments, typically in the form of images or screenshots. This media is used only to answer any questions relating to that media. Such media is not used for any other purpose and is not shared externally (unless we are legally obligated to do so).
When booking a grind, the user has the option, with their parent’s permission, to have that grind recorded. If that request is made, this grind will be uploaded as an unlisted video and will remain uploaded for at least 3 years to ensure that it can be accessed by the student at any point up to their final exam.
Such recordings are not used for any other purpose and are not shared externally (unless we are legally obligated to do so). Users are also entitled to request that this recording be removed at any point within these 3 years.
A.M. Online may use various types of cookies as a user navigates our website, including cookies associated with security and user preferences.

Such data is retained indefinitely unless a user requests otherwise.
